Rearview mirror for tailgate down use (3D Print DIY)

I'm wondering how sensitive the size of the design is to the distance between the lens and the mirror. I'm thinking it would be considerable smaller if the mirror could be within 1 mm of the lens? Also, can you clarify, it provides a mirror image of the normal rear camera view? Wouldn't this...

Rearview mirror for tailgate down use (3D Print DIY)

This is really neat! I'm interested in the shelf you have with the spare tire. Was that DIY? If so, how did you make it?

I am interested in your Tire Rack system. Any details somewhere on how you built that? BTW, the camera mirror is awesome. I am definitely going to buy/print this. Unfortunately, I think my printer might be too small.

Rearview mirror for tailgate down use (3D Print DIY)

Awesome project! So, FSD works, very cool. Since I don't own a 3d printer, if anyone is planning on making them, I would be interested in buying one.

Rearview mirror for tailgate down use (3D Print DIY)

...my favorite, most-useful 3d printed accessories for the truck. Model can be downloaded for free here: Penta-prism for CyberTruck rear view camera You will need a large-format printer such as the PrusaXL to print the 5x30 version which is recommended for maximum visibility. However, I did...

CyberGearCo CyberTent Install, Initial Test, Review

...is pretty comfy, but it would help if you have a mattress topper. I left the tonneau appliqué at the top since I have the digital rear view camera attached to it. If you have any accessories on the L-track, you’ll need to remove them before setting up the tent since they’ll be in the way. For...

    Any Cybertruck updates/fixes expected soon?

My bed area has been dry for two years (and I live and park in constant rain most of the winter). Parked uphill or downhill, it doesn't matter, cargo stays dry. I don't need a rearview mirror, I use my side mirrors and they work just fine for everything but vehicles within one car length behind...

Side Camera View When Turn Signal is On

I just noticed this a day or so ago. When I signal for a right or left turn or lane change, the rear view camera image on the screen changes to the camera view from the side I'm turning toward. I know I might be a bit slow on the up take, but I think this is a recent software update.

What Cybertruck Accessories Do You Actually Want Next? Let’s Build Something Useful Together

I really want a rear-view mirror screen from Tesla that taps right into the back camera. I know third party ones exist, but Tesla had the rear-view mirror screen on the prototype people got test drives in. I really wish they didn't scrap it.

Side camera cover installed on fender (to protect against elements / snow / ice)

FYI: I had one. This is an email I sent, and they were kind to want to replace it, but it doesn't solve the problem I was experiencing. From Support: Also, my friend at Tesla said He wouldnt want that on his Tesla for the fact that FSD could be effected visualy. and be a safety issue...

Definitely the best; but not *really the best. CT v. S3XY Head to Head.

HomeLink - Even the GDO used by SG-1 required manual entry. Be a man and push a button. Adaptive Headlights - I just leave my high-beams on all the time. Drivers get mad but they were probably going to give me the finger anyway Not Just ASS. Dumb Summon, Auto Pilot - Real Men use FSD...

Definitely the best; but not *really the best. CT v. S3XY Head to Head.

I would have really liked the built-in tailgate ramp. But, being able to squat the rear to load rolling cargo would be nice and that could be a simple software update. .

Definitely the best; but not *really the best. CT v. S3XY Head to Head.

I know, I know nobody likes to hear any criticism of their baby. I’m sorry. But one of those heathens over on Reddit asked the following question: Besides ASS, which options/features does the Cybertruck not have that other S3XY vehicles do? Being the glass half-empty beam of sunshine that I am...

NeuroHUD - Heads up display HUD & Home link??!! This seems tailor made for CT!

This is cool. If it can have the option to have the rear view camera displayed, I'm in.

Hazy Windows FINALLY Clean with BLUE Scotch-Brite Pad!

Yes, thanks. Whatever was on my windshield was on the entire thing but you couldn’t see it or feel it except in certain light so when they cleaned the FSD camera area it didn’t help because the issue was on the exterior. It was very frustrating.
