Initial install
Step 1 was to remove all my equipment and molle panels that I had installed.

This tent does not come with the updated tonneau appliqué brackets and clips that the OEM tent comes with.

Setup complete!

Initial Test

I chose a place at the park to do a test setup of the @Cybergear CyberTent that I received on Thursday. Setup takes about 10 minutes and can be done with one person.

A few notes:

• Breaking it down took equally as long especially when you have to wait for the air to vent from the piping that creates the tent structure.
• There’s a passthrough on the side where you can plug things into the bed outlets.
• The built-in mattress is pretty comfy, but it would help if you have a mattress topper.
• I left the tonneau appliqué at the top since I have the digital rear view camera attached to it.
• If you have any accessories on the L-track, you’ll need to remove them before setting up the tent since they’ll be in the way. For me, I had to remove the bracket that holds my 50’ air hose reel and Utensiles flag holder.
• I didn’t set up the awning, but I’m probably gonna make another trip out to the park to do another test run.

I just left he tonneau appliqué here.

Engage CyberTent Mode! Apparently this incline was too steep, but I setup the tent anyway.

It doesn’t take long for the supplied air pump to inflate the tubes that make the tent structure.

There’s a pass through in the tent so you can plug things into the bet outlets

Yes, the quality won’t be the same as OEM.

Not for me. Love my factory tent. The whole experience feels pretty high quality and it’s exactly what I like about it.

yea the renders show it being made of something completely different. When i saw people post images of it i said lord that thing is giving trash can construction bag vibes. It's really sad if anyone bought that tent, I would recommend returning it.

I just finally ordered the real OEM one and just saw this. About $1000 less, but a few key differences I see.

• Black Material
• Rain cover is 100% removable providing more sunlight if desired and see the underlying airframe
• More storage pockets
• Bigger awning
• Not sure if it has more openings either

Do you have any pictures of the manual airpump? Is it the same giant thing as the Tesla OEM one? While I'm waiting for the actual pump, I"m considering this guy small electric air pump in lieu of the giant manual one for space saving reasons.
