I agree with the terms and currently have a Chinese brand rearviewcamera on my Cybertruck foundation series I currently do have a Wolfbox in my Colorado zr2 and think it’s great!
For me it was never about utility. It was simply better than having a small mirror, maybe some redundancy for recording or whatever known / unknown use I may have for it. To each his/her own. Glad it worked out for you.
That doesn't help anyone who has one installed and is waiting on a fix. For me I don't really notice the speaker not working so I'm just waiting for the fix.
If youve been lurking on this thread (as I have been) to wait for the speaker problem to be reliably fixed, I would suggest that we actually dont need this feature. Yes it should habe come with something like it out of the box.
After owning the CY for nearly a year, and stressing about the...
I’m sure you will find plenty of interested drivers here. Unfortunately, I am not one of them. I’ve been waiting since before the Cybertruck started deliveries for an integrated left side, rear, right side system (preferably using external camera with the right FOV and a simple 3 into 1 wiring...
@Wraven Thank you for your question. The G900Pro delivers 4K front (Sony STARVIS 2) and 2.5K rear (PureCel® Plus) imaging. Both cameras support HDR for crystal-clear vision, day or night. The rear cam is waterproof and provides a real-time streaming view. High-speed 5.8GHz WiFi for quick app...
I haven't used it driving anywhere with fsd yet. I didnt fully read everything and didnt understand where its clearly stated that 75% of the backup cameraview would be blocked but it fully shows rearview in motion
Perfectly fine until it tries to reverse. Just don’t do that 😂
Can’t wait to get that prismatic rearview adapter to test out how it handles having the camera so much lower.
I agree that for manoeuvring, when backing up or navigating tight turns,
you need side view mirrors providing a wide field of view.
I noticed some trucks using digital side cameras, see below:
This sparked an idea: what if I extended my roof rack, add auxiliary cameras to the sides,
and use...
dig rearview does not help with seeing deeper on the rear sides toward the trailer
When you’re maneuvering the trailer you need to see deep
These should help
only fear is if hit, our permeant expensive mirrors will be damaged
But feel these can be an off on option

...up most of the center screen. The cameraviews are wide angle, with good resolution, but images appear more distant than mirrored images which takes some getting used to (same for Tesla's rearviewcamera display). After almost 2 years, I have not been ticketed for not having side mirrors.
My Pixel buds do.

110v/20A frunk outlet, either end wall
rotating fans like in the 2026 MY
turning view on screen, put the turning view next to rearview (currently rearview disappears when turning)

I emailed back & forth with him. Because the license plate is is extremly recessed, it has to be extended a LOT, which makes the whole thing look goofy.. its a kickstarter, videos here...
Lens Lizard can't be positioned close enough to the rearviewcamera, because of the tailgate, and there are too many turbulents back their to get it aimed correctly. fail, unfortunatley.
