Day 8 - Good News!!! Service Tech called / stated the problem is a PCS - Power Converter and will be replaced. It may take today and tomorrow. Why it took over a week to diagnose is a mystery. But, after not having my CTFS for over a week, I truly miss driving it.
Day 6 - Update or rather no meaningful update - Requested an update and received text stating they "are performing diagnostics and don't have an update". All the while, I keep trying to connect to the vehicle but can't. Still showing a repair completion of Friday Jan 31st.

Not sure if anyone has had this happen. Last Tuesday (Cold 15 Degrees), I went to open door but couldn't. CT was dead...
Both my wife and I have Android Galaxy phones. They work fine in a model s no overheating problems at all. But in a cybertruck they definitely get super hot and incidentally they don't charge as fast either. My thoughts are it's a software problem.
