    Any news on range extender?

I ordered it with my beast and had to pay a deposit of something like $500 (if I remember correctly). I think they said the extenders would be available at the end of the year...

    Brake Malfunction; hit light pole

Sorry this happened to the OP. I have a somewhat similar story of a sudden failure with my 2018 Performance Model 3, except that I didn't hit anything. I live on a slight hill. My car was a week or two old back in late August 2018, and I left home to run an errand. My pathway is to go uphill...

Have you seen this thread? Evidently this user was able to get it to work... https://www.cybertruckownersclub.com/forum/threads/usb-thumb-drives-for-audio-playback.12791/

    USB Music Playback

I'm also very interested in USB mp3 music playback...On the screen menu, does it show the USB icon like in the lower right corner of the attached screen shot from my Model 3? Now that I think about it, that may only be when it recognizes a valid USB stick (which it won't seem to do for...

Early delivery of Foundation Series Cybertruck now available to long-term verified TSLA shareholder!

I tried changing the name on the file from Schwab and that didn't work. With the file open, I tried to "print to pdf" with a different name, and that didn't work. I tried shortening the name with no dashes or underscores and that didn't work. In the end, I took the relevant page from each of...

Cybertruck home charging and utility Time of Use, overnight rates, Not enough time

Wait until the battery extenders get built and installed with more kWh on board. In San DIego, the super off peak rates are good from midnight to 2pm on weekends, so I definitely use that time to charge up more when needed.

Early delivery of Foundation Series Cybertruck now available to long-term verified TSLA shareholder!

Just got the email asking for statements. I had previously downloaded them as pdfs. But when I went to submit them, it says invalid file type. I tried with different browsers, tried printing those downloaded files to pdf option, same. Anyone else see this? Edit: Rescanned relevant printed...

    Cybertruck alignment after delivery?

I can tell you from experience that if you have an S with 21 inch wheels or an X, you'll need to add rear adjustable camber arms to avoid eating the inside of the rear tires. I had -2.79 degrees and -2.81 degrees of negative camber on the rear of my X that I corrected. My understanding is that...

    Cybertruck alignment after delivery?

Just wondering if anyone who has picked up their Cybertruck has taken it to an alignment shop to have the alignment as delivered from the factory looked at? Since Tesla is pretty well known for lots of negative rear camber on the S and X, I was curious if anyone has had it checked out? Thanks...

Elon addresses Cybertruck door gap seen in MKBHD review

He probably wants to nip stuff like that in the bud to prevent a "Fisker" review issue...

Cybertruck is inductive charging ready! Battery connector harness spotted in Service Manual

In my 10 years of EV experience, I only saw a need for wireless charging with Fleet vehicles (where drivers either forget to plug in for the next person or are just not that savvy when it comes to charging). Don't know how many times I heard that a fleet car at work wasn't charged up because...

Got the invite to configure, but...

OP, I wrote this on Facebook for another post yesterday and I hope it might be good information for you... just to be fair with the Cybertruck pricing comparison of the Foundation series vs. waiting...When people say it's an extra $20K for the Foundation series, yes, that's true. But it's not...

How long would it take to trickle charge a Cybertruck?

Aside from how many miles you'll get with Level 1 charging, from a safety perspective keep an eye on the temperature of the actual outlet and the plug at the outlet. Charging continuously for hours or days on end at maximum current will expose any poor connections that are present on the...

Charging installation ??? Whats high priced or reasonable prices

Peter, installation costs for charging station installation are all over the map, mainly because the work required for different installations is all over the map. The simplest install would be at a single family home with the charger just on the opposite of the wall from the electric panel...

    Cybertruck Door Label

Got a chance to check out and drive a friend's Cybertruck that was recently delivered (a week ago)...I took a photo of the door label for grins, since I hadn't seen anyone post a photo of one...The truck was fantastic, especially the steer by wire feature, and I can't wait for my Beast order to...

My Delivery Experience- updated "a small rust identified"

I thought the three lions head logo was for the Cyber Beast truck? That would explain why you didn't get it. As far as paying $20K for the logo, there are other items included. Did you get any of them?

    Delivery fee waived for pickup?

I picked up a Model S from the Fremont factory in 2013 to drive home to SoCal, and yes, I had to pay the destination fee in that transaction...I also bought some stock back then as well, so I think I made it back a little.... :)

Dude, I'm Screwed!! Orders to Delivery, SLOOOOOW AF!!

As I've mentioned before, I took delivery my early reservation Model 3 in December 2017, about 6 months after they had the unveiling. My VIN number was 1900-ish as I recall...Ramp-up on a new vehicle takes time...
