Indiana NEED Lightbar Brackets

Local service center will not sell me lightbar brackets.

Any FS CB owners willing and able to procure brackets and ship to me?
I’ll obviously cover all costs, including your time.

Can’t you just get them through the app and pickup at the service center? I’ll give it a shot on my side and see if it’s possible to “add to cart”

Guess not, the bolts are there, no brackets or end caps.

you should try another service center, prolly best to just show up and ask the service manager bs trying to call etc.

Yea that sucks! I have a CTB and they installed my light bar. I put in a service request and was told that if Tesla determined I needed the brackets I would have received an email. I can install those myself if they were available.

Service will sell the parts for $199. I had to speak to a manager but they sold the pack to me and then also drilled the Rivnut holes and installed them for an additional $200. Then I installed everything else myself. Keep trying other service centers.

2 ways to do this:

make a service appointment for other:

over the counter parts purchase: (list part number/ quantity.)

i was able to do this successfully for the parts as they had them in stock.

Or

go on site and put in a CB VIN and order the parts that way.

I purchased mine through the first method, they do not have the bracket or corresponding piece available on the site.

My local service manager has seen me many times over the years and multiple Teslas and the parts just became available months ago and I think he cut me a deal for all parts $73 total, I think it make have been that pricing wasn’t even in the system at the time. I’ve commented in the other thread but for reference I have an upcoming total install with them for $499 excluding the parts after I decided against install myself.
