Thank you so much. I have a go fund me page, but you should save your money right now because I had to suspend my operations and move to NYC to take care of my Father. I'll be here for another year and then I'll resume operations. When I get back, I'm hoping to really ramp up my operations...
Tons of plastic crap and jettisoned commercial fishing tackle choking the life out of our oceans. I have a small Non-profit, Clean The Pacific. I just have a Facebook page, but when I move back home to Hawaii, I'm going to scale up operations. The Jeep served me well, but the Cybertruck will...
Ha, there's not much to tell, just a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee I beat to death cleaning commercial fishing tackle off the shorelines of Hawaii Island. The truck is back home in Hawaii and I'm in NYC.
Nice! Thank you for doing that. I can see my contractor packs of crown molding and baseboard strapped to that. I also have a non-profit that cleans large bundles of jettisoned commercial fishing tackle off the coastlines of Hawaii Island. I wonder if I could mount my winch on the...
Ya, I thought about that, but the forklift driver can just tip the load and pull the forks out. Most lumber racks are like that. Only the free standing forward and rear lumber racks allow a flat drop, but those types of racks are not as strong. This rack seems like it can handle a huge load. (y)
Well, after years of asking everyone and anyone about a lumber rack, I finally have a definitive answer, THANK YOU. I guess I shouldn't have worried, that is perfect. I can't wait to pull into my lumber yard with this and tell them to stack a pallet of plywood on top. LOL Now, let's see the...
I live in Hawaii, so I don't anticipate having any trouble with snow. Having said that, I'm also a skier, so I'm familiar with snow and windshield wipers. In fact, I was skiing bottomless powder in Tahoe last March and I have this observation to share. When your windshield wipers freeze, it's...
YES! I think this truck is going to be the most bad ass rugged civilian truck ever made. Always remember, the haters saying you can't land reusable rockets, while Space-X wrests NASA contracts from Boeing. LOL
Whoa, ask and ye shall receive! Thank you! I guess I've seen these dumping pickup trucks, but always assumed they were some factory option, never even occurred to me that they were aftermarket add ons that slip into the bed of your truck.
This is why car companies try to keep their pre production testing secret. Queue up the mainstream media now, "Cybertruck needs ramp to climb curb, 'kinda wimpy.'"
I was thinking of doing the same thing. I'm restoring my Father's house in NYC and I was thinking of having the Truck delivered there and driving it across country and then shipping from CA to HI. The only problem is, I'm something like 500,000 in line so I guess I would be lucky to even get...
OK Elon, I do a LOT of off road driving, not recreationally but because I have to, so I hope this baby delivers. Also, would it be a big ask to make an option to have a dumping bed, that would be REALLY handy; Cyber dump truck, with stowable lumber rack and multiple winch attachment points, or...
Yes, I agree. I have a hitch receiver front and back for my winch. I have a non-profit and go around Hawaii Island dragging massive piles of commercial fishing tackle off the coastline. I have been loading it into my trailer and I have a receiver mounted on the tongue to drag the nets into...
