  1. Pass through?

My bets are still with Elon pulling this off…we shall see….
  2. Pass through?

That’s what I thought by watching the video of the test mule and seeing the rear seats exposed through the front of the vault, but I have read many posts on here detailing why it can’t be done or it will be extremely hard. I still don’t understand why it can’t be done. To me you would close the...
  3. Chevy Silverado EV to debut at CES

Not as bad as you, but I do have to add 1 1/2 quarts between oil changes which is a PITA. Like I said and as you know the problems I have listed are only the tip of the iceberg with my Silverado. Just think of all the time and money spent on maintenance that will go away with our Cybertrucks...
  4. Cyberlandr, back to the drawing board ?

Yes, with the bed overhang spotted on the test mule this bed camper will need a redesign. Since it looks like a cab to bed pass through now exists I would be more than happy throwing a $500 IKEA foam mattress in the vault and sleeping like a baby for hunting trips out of state.
  5. Chevy Silverado EV to debut at CES

Wow, the main reason I am buying the Cybertruck is because of the experience I have had with my Silverado. The problems I have had to put up with or fix myself were also ignored by GM when I contacted them for help just after the warranty expired on my $45k truck. They really just need to copy...
  6. Hunting in the Cybertruck

Finally made it back home. Yes, I am sure there is a solution to summon the truck when no cell signal is available. We always communicate with walkie-talkies in the mountains which is good for up to 5 miles so maybe something based on that. Point to point mountain biking sounds neat. That...
  7. Hunting in the Cybertruck

Believe it or not I just killed a buck and I am typing this in the dark waiting for my friend to hike back and get the ATV. I could have used my Cybertruck with “come find me” mode right now.
  8. Hunting in the Cybertruck

I am not wrapping mine. A wrap would just scrape off while the SS is as rugged as you can get. Besides most camo colors are for the human eye. Whitetail deer vision is limited to short (blue) and middle (green) wavelength colors. So as long as it is not blue I am good with it. As far as being...
  9. Hunting in the Cybertruck

I hunt in Ohio, Virginia and West Virginia. It is true cell signal is like zero there…so it would be an issue….my Garmin uses GPS and GLONASS (Russian) satellites to navigate, which is standard for Garmin and works really well, but that would require more hardware so I get your point.
  10. Hunting in the Cybertruck

I am easy call the new mode whatever makes everyone “comfortable”, but sticking with “hunter mode” for now because I already typed up the following and that is what the op asked. Also doubt anyone from Tesla will ever read this. Also on my “hunter mode” wish list… Pathmaker function to detect...
  11. Hunting in the Cybertruck

Thermal imaging in “Hunting mode” would be great when you loose a blood trail. I like the idea of lights out, but with GPS navigation with a green lite screen and maybe overlayed topographical maps on the screen. I am the navigator for my group of friends when we hunt in the mountains. I now use...
