First Cybertruck down while offroading! Rear steering tie-rod broken @ KOH (by Unplugged Performance)

It doesnā€™t help. Just saying, it would have been better as an option.

First Cybertruck down while offroading! Rear steering tie-rod broken @ KOH (by Unplugged Performance)

Well my friend, thatā€™s a nice long argument but the proof is in the pudding. The RWS broke in the field. And the truck is unaffordable to most. Like I said, affordability, agility, durability. You probably canā€™t get all three.

I said that in terms of complexity, eventual maintenance, and points of failure. But I doubt itā€™s cheap either.

Way less than they would charge you for it. Affordability, durability, agility. Pick any two. Or maybe just one.

First Cybertruck down while offroading! Rear steering tie-rod broken @ KOH (by Unplugged Performance)

I hate to break it to you but he rear end needs to be way beefier than the front due to payload. Thatā€™s part of the design conundrum. I am really just making the point that while nice, it adds a good amount of cost and complexity. And if you tend to drive trucks well over 100k miles, with some...

First Cybertruck down while offroading! Rear steering tie-rod broken @ KOH (by Unplugged Performance)

Yikes, how much do you think a monster truck costs? And how often do you think (extremely monster trucks get major service done on their steering/suspension? I would just guess itā€™s quite a bit more than most people would want, or be able to afford to deal with in their personal truck. Iā€™m...

ā€œThe best part is no partā€. While four wheel steering makes it easier to park at the strip mall, this is the chance you take in making the rear end unnecessarily complex.

Is wrapping our only option? Patina

I call %100 BS. The OP has been on the forum for a month. And if you notice, thereā€™s been quite a few brand new members that are trying to pee in everyoneā€™s Cheerios. I think weā€™ve been invaded by the FUD BOTS.

Cybertruck Achieved 148 Mile Range Towing a Model Y

Is my math right? If the average is .75kw/mile, and you are using the 20-80% range of the battery (as you might on a supercharger road trip), that gives you about 100 miles useable. This is basically in line with the other tow test I believe. So in practice terms you can indeed tow long...

    Get ready to vomit...

Haterā€™s gonna hate. Not my style, but somehow Iā€™m not personally bothered by what others do with their time or money.

Taking the CYBERTRUCK on a MASSIVE ROADTRIP | Charging was TOUGH

I agree. I am disappointed with the range, but a hard no on the supercharging time. That ultimately is what kills it as a road trip capable vehicle, at least to me. I can only hope that charging times improve eventually.

I think Iā€™m sold on getting the tailgate done just for the tailgaters. I was thinking about polishing it but this seems better/easier.

Jackery Solar Tent. Perfect for CT?

I think a few of us posted this around the same time lol. I really like the concept! Iā€™m not sure if it is a complete roof top tent or mounts to a roof top tent. It looks like different widths through the video.

Sure enough, I stand corrected, I think my point is still valid though.

Dont order! Put the press to Tesla to drop Price!

Edit I'm %100 with you. I can make it work for 80 or 100, but I can also wait until they drop prices. The fact that the foundation series order page is still live makes me wonder about demand at higher prices.
