Go ahead. You're going to find a sucker to pay you or you're going to have to eat some of the money spent. Either way, you will be able to experience ct ownership and get back out at some price point.
The alternative is to listen to your feet, eat the 1k deposit, and avoid the hassle all together
My parents would have probably beat my ass when i was 16 if they found out i was trying to "borrow" someone's $110k+ vehicle online. Especially if they couldn't afford a day's rent on the truck 😜
If tesla is doing this for cost cutting, id rather pay the extra bucks and have stalks.
Some people just want to get in and go, not have to learn a new way to drive. I really think tesla is losing some customers over the control everything center display as well. Not everyone can do technology...
It's overkill unless 20k is pocket change to you, then by all means, order one.
At my age, if i got one, id probably get 5-10 pulls of the extra 245hp before never using it again
There was a forum member that got through to them and they denied him the permission to sell on the open market as well as declined to buy it back. I think he gave the excuse that he needed to sell to free up the cash for something but they said sorry, that's not an emergency or hardship.
+) elon was serious and focused, accelerated production timeline for cheaper model, 8/8 robotaxi announcement, much improved fsd, continued efforts on ai front, ct hit 1k per week.
-) miss both top and bottom line, .06/share, 1B+ on revenue, margins down. another top executive announced his...
Very soon. They are starting to crank them out now and 100-130k truck is a very finite market. Even 80-100k ford and rivian trucks are no longer selling at any appreciable numbers
My '22 sienna was fully detailed and parked indoors in a glass structure within the showroom when i went to pick it up. The set up is so you drive it right off the showroom floor. As someone mentioned above, they need to take pride in what they do. How are they not embarrassed to turn over a new...
After a deeper dive into this, the ct, as well as other tesla models with air suspensions look to be maintenance free. Which means its using an automatic pneumatic or electric water trap that self drains.
Not likely. Compressors of the size used in the CT usually don't require draining. We do drain the air tanks on our 26' reefer trucks but thats a much bigger compressor with air dryer
Although we have reached lower prices on this dip, its definitely not the time to buy because we don't know how far it will fall. I plan on buying on the b leg of the V so long as the news and technicals/fundamentals check out.
We're on the support that can give way to the $100 price or beyond.
Volume sales dont mean anything when you're selling every one at a loss. Part of their strategy now is to make less cars and lean more on their service to get the cash burn under control and refine their manufacturing and material costs
If i sold a car that cost me 100 for 50, yeah, i will gain...
