Dimension wise, Lightning has much larger Frunk, much larger cabin, much larger bed. The only weak point is shorter (67" vs 72") bed.
If you just want a full size electric truck, Lightning is the one. It has larger battery and real world range is no less than CT.
CT wrap is much easier as it does not have curved shapes and check youtube videos, you don't need to spend hundreds extra for the "kit" and you might not even need a heat gun as well.
Depend on whether you have Tesla and/or full-size truck before.
