I don't feel it is a work truck, cabin is squeezed, small trunk, truck bed is not as open as. It is more like a family utility truck. I am not surprised by the price and expect it would go down when Tesla can make enough trucks though. It will depend on production and demand.

I meant Silverado EV has only 1300lb payload. Battery is battery, if you want more range, the truck has to carry more batteries. I feel GM and RAM are in the wrong direction to put 200kWh battery in a 8500lb truck with only 1300lb payload (or even less).

But to me CT is NOT a work truck. It is more like a family utility truck.
