If they stop making the FS, or you put your FS order on hold for up to 6 months, will they still be able to deliver the FS? How do you know your statement would still be correct?

Yes, I agree :-) that’s why I put my FS order on hold … to wait for the $79k and get the tax credit. When do you think we can release the hold and actually get one of the first few regular AWD CTs?

Why can’t we get the $7,500 tax credit? The truck is $79k … FSD doesn’t count. The rest are options like bidirectional charging equipment… not the truck.

What would happen if we don’t accept? Can we accept at any point in the future? Is there a benefit to waiting…for an enhanced FS, lower interest rates, less bugs, more range.. or will they all be the same? Can we get the $7,500 tax credit on the FS if we qualify, when we file next year …? (...

If it is worth $80k at trade in.. great option!! 40k , … well .. we should have waited. New Model X’s used to be $125-150k.. now 72k… I think if Tesla actually solves FSD and the FSD option increases from $12k to 25-50k .. Cybertruck FS would end up being a great value.

12k FSD, 3k bidirectional charging, 2k tires… 3k foundation premium… plus a few other things that add up to 3k lol. “Hopefully “ they honor $7,500 FSD.. if they solve it… FSD could be worth 50k… Then your CT is only 50k … not too much of a gamble ;)

That website specifically says the MRSP, not the price you pay the MRSP is 79,000 the price I pay is 99,000 therefore, it will qualify right?

Does Tesla need to update the Cybertruck’s ranges based on the new EPA requirements?
