I won't lie, I didn't think they'd actually deliver any RWD's. First one I've actually seen IRL pictures of. Maybe I'm in the minority, but I actually quite like the wheels, certainly more than the core wheels standard on the dual motor.

I think you're missing a bit of nuance. Although, yes, the Beast can do torque vectoring, and each half has enough power to get you over 99.9% of obstacles... It's nowhere near the level of control or smoothness that a mechanical locker gets you. For example, if I'm driving up a steep trail off...

I spent a week with the AWD while on vacation about a month ago. Prior to that, I had briefly driven a Beast (like maybe for ~45 minutes) The Beast is absolutely insane when it comes to power. If you're into stoplight drags or Baja racing, go for it. Otherwise? I'd take the AWD every time...
