When you road trip in the south there are plenty of bugs. Also wiping down a vehicle after a trip is a great way to inspect for any damage or possible problems resulting from the trip. Like Insaid, to each their own. Good luck with your CT, mine has been great so far. ?

I did not have to baby it, I chose to wipe it down just like any other of my cars or trucks I would have driven on that trip. To each their own on how they treat their vehicles.

I took delivery here in Texas. I drove my CT in the rain on several different days now with no issues. One weekend I was on a 5 hour road trip with 3 hours of it in the rain. Once I was back to my house I just wiped it down with a beach towel. That was 5 days ago, so far no orange spots.

That is a very good point to make. The space between the wireless charger and screen is pretty tight. But to your point still easier to navigate with nothing below than if there was something in the way.

When I engage the cruise control it is very comfortable to rest my foot in that lip edge. I have tried to put some items there and they always slide around very easily.
