Jerry's CT is so cool.
Fun fact: He was the very first customer of ours to torture test the "Flight Grade" Front Upper Control Arms harder than we did - and he took that name very literally.
We're happy to report that no Cybertrucks or FUCAs were harmed.
You will have TCS and VSC intervention/warnings if you have different overall diameters between the front and rear tires. It's totally fine to run staggered tire widths, wheel widths and even wheel diameters, but you need to keep the OD the same so the truck doesn't see different wheel speeds.
Hey everyone!
We wanted to pop in and let you all know that we're sliding into the end of 2025 with the biggest Black Friday sale we've ever had! This year we're doing things a little bit differently. The more you buy, the more you save! So if you've been planning on getting some MPP parts for...
We thought we had tested the Cybertruck to its limit, but our man Jerry (@cyberoffroad_ on IG) took it upon himself to be the unofficial test-pilot for the "Flight Grade" name. In case anyone was wondering about the quality of these FUCAs, Jerry has put them through more torture testing than...
Happy to report that our next batch is on the machine as we speak, and will be going into anodizing by next week. Once that's done, we're shipping them all out!
We appreciate your enthusiasm very much! I hope you and the other customers who ordered them will be as happy as the existing users...
Just wanted to return here and let anyone who was on the fence know that our first batch of customer Cybertruck FUCAs is now on its way to the customers that ordered during the pre-sale, so if you are in here, thank you for your support! We can't wait to see these hitting jumps or rock crawling...
I'm glad you mentioned Camburg.
And first of all - thanks for supporting MPP and running out products!
You'll notice a few things on an arm like Camburg's - first of all, this part needs to be removed from the car to adjust camber. That's a major waste of time, and any alignment shop would...
We haven't jumped the truck with them in yet, but all the other testing we could muster has been done.
This is a tried and tested design, once the FUCA bolts are tightened to spec, you don't need to worry about them.
However, for performance vehicles that are thrashed, we always recommend...
This post needs more fear mongering!
Here are some relevant facts:
We've tested the threads on our Model 3 FUCAs and the high grade bolts we use broke first every time as long as our minimum required thread depth is respected.
The bolts don't ever back off if torqued properly - we have...
This is an AWD yes, if you'd like, please post photos so that we can see if the Beast is different - I believe they are the same!
There are also dowels between the balljoint, shims and inner arm that carry all of the shear load - the bolts only provide the clamping.
In all of our other Tesla...
