I don’t watch Cybertruck reviews because I already own one. I don’t even watch any car reviews anymore because I am totally satisfied and happy with my purchase. I hope this is my last vehicle. If not my last, I will get another Cybertruck or maybe cyberSUV.
Not sure I had a choice but I asked if a cybertruck loaner was available and got it. One annoying thing is that cabin heat protection is disabled because it is not a delivered vehicle.
Yeah but maybe they know the root cause and maybe they are right this time. At least the response is positive better than response specifying hopefully.
I got a message from Tesla service about continuing delay in getting PCS parts. I told him no worries since I got a loaner and also responded that I will be hoping the fix will last a long long time. He responded back saying it is a permanent fix!
Maybe there is a correlation with Supercharger V4 or something that is causing this instead of software. For the folks without pCS failures, how often do you guys supercharge?
I took mine in after testing with supercharger which didn’t work. I got a cybertruck loaner, dirty, tire worn a lot for having only 12k miles. I just got it washed because, I like it shiny.

Yes, same situation. I got an appointment on April 17th. They are telling me they don’t know when the parts will be available and that 9 Cybertrucks are ahead of me for the parts.
Just noticed my appointment on the 17th has a completion date for 24th. I was told I was not guaranteed a loaner. Hopefully it doesn’t take a whole week.
The service guy told me because of the demand they were having problems getting parts which I assume is a shortage. My appointment is on the 17th and got a call on Monday, 6th, saying that my appointment possibly will be pushed until they get the parts which he doesn’t have a ETA.
It was implied by his words. My appointment is on the 17th and got a phone call on Monday that it could be delayed because of demand of PCS and lack of supply.
