  1. CYBERTRUCKco Camper build (mini-review)

Apology to revive an older thread. I read through every message but wasn't obvious how an owner might be able to handle HVAC? Cybertruck provides power but it isn't obvious how I can vent air from a heat pump for both heating and cooling.
  2. New camper by Phoenix Popup Campers

That makes sense for most people. In our case, we are looking for a setup that allows us to travel far down south and west, once we retire which is coming up soon. We have been traveling/camping quite a bit in our model y, and often charging time has been almost too fast, as that barely give...
  3. New camper by Phoenix Popup Campers

That could be the case. I'm semi-serious with this, because I also saw another article that tested range on F150 Lightening using a similar pop-up camper design, and the range drop was only 10% despite the design that sticks out horizontally. We'll see....
  4. New camper by Phoenix Popup Campers

Their high end models for ICEs go US$40k+, so not cheap but well equipped. Their low end ones are far cheaper though, as per their website. You can try building them on their website. Nothing available for Cybertruck yet though, and floorplan appears to be different.
  5. New camper by Phoenix Popup Campers

They did mention that the first version will be heated using propane, which is probably the same as what they used for ICE trucks. Really looking forward to see what they come up with, especially given that they do some customization.
  6. New camper by Phoenix Popup Campers

Have you guys heard of these guys before? Phoenix is building a camper for Cybertruck: https://phoenixpopup.com/electrifying-adventures-phoenix-pop-up-campers-latest-ev-camper-builds/ Apparently, the first one is going out this Friday. What do you guys think? I have zero experience in RVs...
  7. FSD Withdrawal Symptoms

I've never bought two cars in a row from the same manufacturer in my life. I always re-evaluate what is available and buy what serves me the best. That is, until FSD appeared.... After 2.5 years of using it, I'm not sure if I can jump to other manufacturers for my next car. Of course, they may...
  8. Cyberlandr Install

Over the side of the bed? That would be nice, but even more complicated, unless they gave up the idea of completely folding the whole thing into the bed. Again, I'm ready to buy if they deliver what is being described here. Pretty close to my dream setup to be honest.
  9. Cyberlandr for Cybertruck

Right now, we camp using our model Y with a good mattress, a big battery, some backcountry camping gear for reduced volume, a portable air fryer and a small induction cooktop. Oh and also a fridge located in the sub-trunk. Everything fits, but it is tight. We used every storage space we could...
  10. Cyberlandr Install

I would buy a cybertruck if this thing comes to a reality, although I am skeptical on some of it's designs as well. I'm only 5'4", my wife is only 5' even. If this thing can accommodate any couple at all, it would be us. :ROFLMAO:
  11. Cyberlandr Install

I personally find this solution very interesting. We have been travelling (1-2 weeks long) in our Model Y, sleeping at various camp sites. It has been great, but we could use a toilet that we can use during the nights and a bit more wiggle room during bad weather days. We are done camping in...
