I'm pretty sure we are the ones applying reciprocal tarrifs... in the case of EU, its the VAT tax. Won't go into details, but the US is negative affected by VAT tax as opposed to companies within the EU.

Not a mechanic, so grain of salt...but it seems like the SUV pushed the rear quarter against the tailgate, which pushed the other rear quarter. I think this is all cosmetic. 2 new rear quarters, new tail gate/skin, maybe some inside bits/lights. Annoying but fixable.

But the notes said damage to wiring harness. This has nothing to do with 48v or anything. This is lazy or incompetent employees and bad QC process. I'm the biggest Tesla/Elon fan, so I'm definitely rooting for them, but they need a kick in the ass on the QC front.

These types of a QC issues concern me as a potential buyer. This isn't normal folks - not at this scale. Good on Tesla for fixing, but this truck should have never left the factory.

Yeah they did according to the Tesla service center. The whole point of satellite radio is so that it works even in rural area without cell coverage - for me at least.

This is honestly my biggest and really only hesitation to pulling the trigger. Tesla has always been notorious for subpar quality and throw in a brand new car/build, it's amplified it seems. Honestly I think the problem stems from the lack of experience. Lack of experience from the designers...
