I just purchased the V1 but I have not installed it yet. It is still in the box.
Just bought the V2 nowā¦. Haha if anyone wants the V1 on the cheap, let me know.
Got my foundation series beast in March 2024. I havenāt received a notification that my light bar is ready to be installed. However, Iām friends with with the general manager at my service center, and he said that theyāre in the process of revising to a new light bar, which is why people arenāt...
I was the 1st in California to have it done to my truck. No issues at all!
I can also plug my guy to anyone that wants to have it done. They will also travel to you.
I feel the exact same way. Donāt accept any of the offers that they are throwing out, if you do, you give up any rights to what was originally guaranteed, and offered with your purchase. I will hold off until Iām given what I was informed I would be provided.
This is exactly what I think it is. Either that or someone that was trying to get a ādealā or a āfree wrapā and it didnāt work out, so now theyāre bad mouthing the company publicly.

This is obviously a valid concern, and Iām sure weāre gonna start hearing more...
This is super annoying, I went through the same process of trying to call them and trying each different department and none of them have any idea about this. One guy told me that theyāre not doing anything with this until later this year.
Another rep took my contact info and said that I would...
Oh no!!! What exactly are they charging you for? The component dries out after about 24 to 48 hours depending on how much water is inside, and then everything would work normally again.
Thankfully, my service center was able to reach an engineer who saw a line of code in my firmware that was not right, and he was able to update that and the screen came back on remotely.
They mentioned a new software update will be rolled out in the next 7 to 10 business days for everyone.
FYI, I had the same truck from the wrap shop. All you need to do is go into the service options and select ācamera calibrationā & within 15 seconds the cameras came back on for me.
