I’ve visited twice. Nothing productive comes out of those. They just keep telling me to blindly wait.

I have had a VIN for three weeks now and keep being told my truck is being held up in an off-site lot. But it's frustrating seeing other people with later VIN dates scheduling deliveries already at other SoCal delivery centers.

Nice congrats. I definitely messed up by doing Marina Del Rey delivery. Going on three weeks of crickets.

They don’t answer the phones and I’ve also visited the delivery center twice. No luck.

I am weeks past receiving VIN and paying car in full. They just keep telling me the truck is in containment in an off site lot. Some employees say it’s the government holding on it. Others say it’s headquarters holding on it.

I’m in the same boat. I also made the dumb mistake of connecting my bank account with plaid on the app and setting up the wire transfer (paying cash in full) and they took the money in an instant. Now it’s been weeks and I cannot get anyone on the phone no matter what number I call or how many...

Ridiculous.

Is there any way to get out of containment hold? I am currently stuck in it.

Had VIN for over two weeks now and was told today at the showroom that the truck is stuck in an offsite lot for a government containment hold? Does anyone know what’s going on?
