Colorado springs service center has officially given up helping me. They told me to go find another service center.

I believe I started with Medium and then Low at both locations

Rebooted and same results. Since people think it is the place I am parked, I did measurements at another location as well.

I will give it a shot, but I dont know why they put these notes in the service call as the service manager herself told me the issue was not fixed.

Side note.... I have had continuous issues with the tonneau cover due to an issue with tolerance issues related to the driver side ...

And they keep putting these lies that the issue is fixed with every service I have.... Or that I don't know how to measure something correctly....

I don't understand how this can be within spec either.... I can only hope they are looking at the same thing but they didn't mention these tests, they just mentioned they measured the rear wheels... They said the did tests and they passed so I have no clue WTF is going on at my service center

Yes they had it on the level rack and that is one of the places i measured

So here is what it shows currently. After getting this screenshot , I measured the the top edge of the rear of the CyberTruck (tailgate) and it is .80 inches higher on the passenger side, compared to the driver side. The crazy thing is this graphic shows the passenger side should be lower ...

can i ask how you got to that screen?!

I have not done anything in the service mode myself. They said it passed the "ride height" test and "suspension" test

1 inch and I have even seen 1.5 inches

Tried everything. Camp mode. Different locations. It has the same issue on the actual Tesla service "level" rack they have in their service department, but again Tesla says it is not an issue they will address or document

I have an issue with my CT being higher on the passenger side than the driver side. I posted this issue months ago and been to Tesla service and they are telling me it is within spec Does anyone else have this issue? I have asked other CT owners this and they just ignore me Previous post

Maybe you will listen to my issue with the CT that Tesla won't help me with?

I posted something on X about this to see if people can measure their CT's to see if they have the same issue. I have measured about 10 CT's and none have this issue.
