Data says passenger side is 11mm higher (less below center)
Try setting the suspension to medium and see what it reads, but passenger side is off compared to the rest.
Here are different height levels.

Yeah, something seems off on the passenger rear air shock...
Can you run the pressure check in medium?
I think the first one is the one in medium

Pressure seems a little high also. I wonder if that valve is slow to change.
You said they checked it on their level rack?
Yes they had it on the level rack and that is one of the places i measured

So it was off by more than 0.2" from ideal (or 0.4 corner to corner), but they said it was in spec?

Maybe open a new ticket with a few instances of sensor data at medium height along with their spec of +/- 5mm from https://service.tesla.com/docs/Cybe...UID-AD49F177-08D6-4B6E-BE24-4361D52F44C4.html
I don't understand how this can be within spec either.... I can only hope they are looking at the same thing but they didn't mention these tests, they just mentioned they measured the rear wheels... They said the did tests and they passed so I have no clue WTF is going on at my service center

Side note.... I have had continuous issues with the tonneau cover due to an issue with tolerance issues related to the driver side ...

The first service report says that they did need to calibrate ride height. It was only correct afterwards.

It might be losing calibration, or there is an issue with the reference point itself causing the calibration to be wrong. I don't know if the reported values are direct from the sensor, or after calibration offset is applied.

Have you tried rebooting the truck?
Start with touchscreen reset. If that doesn't work, try power off.

I will give it a shot, but I dont know why they put these notes in the service call as the service manager herself told me the issue was not fixed.

The fix is to “tweak” the right height sensor. The arm that goes from the sensor to the bracket on chassis should be straight (up and down). Can compare with other side. Can slightly loosen the bolt that holds bracket or bump it with a pry bar until straight. Then re-run calibration

Service mode shows the corner is off though. So is the sensor the issue?
