I call bullshit on this post. This smells like a plant so some “journalist” can write an article stating how someone cancelled their delivery last minute because the Cybertruck doesn’t live up to expectations. I did communicate with them via the Tesla App. I would bug them every few days and they would just tell me it was “in transit” - meaning that had no info. However, the last time I texted them, they said it was expected either late this week or early next, and 3 days later I scheduled my delivery.

I received my VIN on 4/28, and just received that glorious text to schedule my delivery of my AWD CT, which is set for tomorrow (5/12), So, the text came early on a Saturday morning. Time from VIN to delivery was exactly 2 weeks. I’m in SoCal.
