So no connectivity features unless WIFI is available. Bummer for road trips and all my music comes from streaming.
I would have supposed the cellular hardware would be bulletproof since it's installed in millions of vehicles.

Have you performed a reboot yet?

You could try creating a WiFi hotspot with your phone and then connect the Cybertruck to that.

This happened to me a few weeks ago. Drove into a cell dead zone (none of our phones had reception) and when we came out of it and our phones had service again, the truck never reconnected. I tried rebooting the infotatinment system and even disconnected the mid-voltage and high voltage systems for about 10 minutes, but it still would not reconnect to the cellular network. I added the issue to a service ticket I have open and was just using my cell phone hotspot to provide data service for the road trip we were on. Interestingly, a few days later we went through another dead spot on the way home and when we came out the other side, the truck reconnected at the same time our phones did. Haven't had any issues again since.

I don't know what to make of this information, but thought I would at least share my experience.
