Has anyone else received a $1800 credit saying they were previously given 6 months of free supercharging?
I was originally promised 6 months of super charging in Feb. I never received that and have used the CT at SC's 3 times and paid for each use in the past 1.5 months.

Everything went smooth besides the fact that they contacted me 2 hours before delivery time to push it back 1 hour. The place is over packed and short staffed, mixed with the .99% financing, they are busier than ever.

Supposedly the system is offering regular appointments (non CT orders) and also offering to pull appointments forward. The staff is having to manually schedule/reschedule CT appointments to ensure they are spaced out...
I would say 3 hours or so. They called within minutes of me posting here lol.
When did you schedule for and which location?
Tyler from the Princeton location is the person who called me. I was told he is the only one who delivers the CT's which take extra time to prep and the next availability...
I just jinx'd myself - Princeton location just called saying it takes extra time to prep the CT and that even though the system allowed me to schedule for tomorrow, they need more time.
The next CT delivery available is for next Saturday, May 18th! So I have been rescheduled for that day but...
I am on day 11 with a VIN - not a word so far.
I sent messages through the app last week and was told they are not able to provide an estimate at this time.
