It was really hard and took a lot of wiggling. If you look at the instructions directly from Tesla they actually have a press that is similar to a gear guller to get it off. But it will come up.

Just fixed it. So dumb, no QA at all. Nut is under the cover. You have to pull off the washer tubing from a small Barb. Remove the bolt, then wiggle the wiper up off the motor assembly a little bit. Put it to where you want it and then tighten the nut down.

Had the recall done today. My wife picked up the truck and drove it home. I got home and checked it out after work. Look at how they aligned the windshield wiper. It now wipes the Fronk, LOL! Service has become really disappointing since we bought our first in 2016.

If they are deep just consider dealing with it or replacing them outright. I didn't think they are that expensive. I got 2 different plastic polishes from AutoZone/advance and they are about the same.

I would make them do it. If it flies off and hits someone after you fixed it..... Plus the recall.

Went in weeks ago for the repair, they changed both motors. It has been flawless since. Sometime today I lost my sail trim on the driver side. I know it's part of the recall. But, I wonder if they pulled it off to fix the tono cover and didn't replace it with new Double-Sided tape. Posting here...

Lost mine today. Sucks it was the driver's side with the switches. This was after I had my tonneau cover fixed because it was tinted. So I wonder if they had to pull them off and then just didn't replace the tape to get them back on right.

Nah, this is my 5th Tesla, I've had 2 since 2018. 50 amps split between 2 cars is plenty, 19 each, leaves two left over for other garage things. The new $2500 credit fixes my issue anyway.
