    I scheduled appointment and started convo with local service center. I also checked the Tesla Recall site VIN Recall Search Received by Cybertruck in late June last year

    Not sure this is accurate. My VIN is not part of recall and confirmed with Tesla Service center. Not sure if they messed up or not all Cybertrucks produced are affected

    Which customer service do you call? I have called multiple and keep getting routed to others. They finally told me to email powersharesupportna and I have sent them multiple emails over the last month and received nothing back

    Happy to test as well. I have a fold up shade that is quite a pain in the but to get folded back up, it works, but inconvenient

    This is my understanding as well. For those of us with Powerwalls, we have to wait for software update that is not yet out for powershare

    Received my divider in today and installed within seconds nice and easy. Glad I did not have any issues, but was following this thread just in case for the great troubleshooting steps here!
