I was asking service center about covers scratching rims and was told that they are not aware of such issues :-/. I’m driving around with hub inserts from Amazon. The cover hooks seem to be made of plastic, so it is a bit surprising that coating is so easy to damage with plastic.
I got it fixed. Tesla service added weather strip to the plastic cover facing the back window and they added missing slat (https://service.tesla.com/docs/Cybertruck/ServiceManual/en-us/GUID-A52C2B6C-55CE-40DF-84ED-2DBE6001B1D3.html). I was driving through rain recently and truck bed was 100% dry.

2. ONR "quick detailer" mix deluded with distilled water works really well for spot cleaning.
3. Bird poop removal is tricky. Tesla's recommended Isopropyl Alcohol didn't work. CitriSurf® 77 spot...

I had a chance to check few cybertrucks at tesla repair center and all had the last slat missing and holes exposed. I talked with a few guys there and it seems like all recent cybertruck like this. It is considered normal. I guess unless there is an official guidance from engineering we should...
Unfortunately Tesla didn't communicate clear guidance about the PowerShare credit and this why there are so many confused sales and support staff members. Frankly, I feel bad about them.
