    Our cards have the same account numbers, but of course, different expiration dates. They are saying on mine, the credit was put on a different credit card that I requested be used, and gave an account number I never had. I’ll keep your suggestion in mind. Thank you.

    The three of us each, individually , put our deposit on our AMEX cards . When we canceled our order we were advised the deposit would be credited back to our original payment. No bank, no check, no other credit cards are involved. A simple credit back to our AMEX is what they should have done.

    This is part of the run around my brother is getting. He says: They have your money and won't do anything to return it. They gave me BS responses that don't make sense " check with your banking institution ". That sounds like a chatbot or Chinese hacker response.
