If others are having difficulty receiving their $100 deposits, it might be time to think about a Class Action Lawsuit.
Can anyone explain why this is happening? Tried to call, but couldn’t get through. If an admin has the authority to intervene, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
I’m having trouble, my two brothers are also. We have $500 worth of deposit money due to us. We have received texts and emails. One email asked for our home address so they could mail a check, one email said they credited a new method of payment (different credit card than I originally used. It’s sounded suspicious. It came from [email protected] Signed by Cristian P.,Tesla Support Leadership.I put down $100 on a Cybertruck a few years ago. Since then my posted credit card number has become outdated. I noticed it, and changed it to an active credit card. However, when I applied for a refund, the system still used the old credit card, and it never processed. I don't see any way to contact Tesla to discuss the problem. Anybody else have this problem?
