I had vibration issues and took it to Good Year at 10k miles and found that the foam front left tire came loose and was in a ball . Shop manager 40 years experience stated never seen anything like this before usually sound proofing is incorporated in the tire belt.
I did do that and was told that they are booked up and also do not have a loaner vehicle available as well. Also the roadside assistance does not cover assistance for charging support financial to add insult to the injury
Thanks for the advice but I have HVBATTa223 error. The door will not open and I have another error message outlet power door is open and cable is connected? What a mess. SC is booked up until next Tuesday and I have 60% battery left. Helpless with a $100k vehicle

I had a similar issue and it was a wire harness that was not properly connected and attached 3 days at the service center to get it fixed. They took the truck out for road testing and it was white with road salt dirt. I guess they don’t have a wash available for the customer service.

We literally walked into the Tesla dealership November 3rd and bought a Foundation series off the lot and took delivery 7th. Would have been sooner but I was moving $ around to get it .
