I recently had my PCS replaced a few months ago. Had another PCS2_a051 warning come up, but no noticeable charge difference. Anybody have this issue and had to get another PCS?
I had to pop out mine because I had to clean it, and the rear clips broken off. If you use a pry tool, pull it straight up. If they break off, UV glue works really well. Better than crazy glue. Yes the part is cheap to order, but Tesla charges $200 for shipping anything.
Got an HVBATT_a170 code and I wanted Tesla to make sure everything was alright. Tried to setup an appointment and they gave me an estimate for $275. My battery only has 15k miles on it and it is still under warranty. Why am I being charged just to make sure my battery lives a long life?
I got it replaced and it’s charging fine now. Looking at the manual, looks like they had to take apart the bed area. They must have discovered how I had my spare tire ratcheted in the back because the cover wasn’t completely on. Lol
I hit a pothole this morning that caught my attention. I heard someone had severe damage one time and had to pay 34k. That guy had to get his tuck towed. I probably have nothing to worry about for now. But does anybody have any pothole stories to share?
What I asked for was a battery check because there was dripping from underneath the truck, which they said it was more likely the AC, but they did a coolant check anyway. You probably get a AC drip too, and just mention your concern.
Got my coolant and battery checked. Turned out my level was underfilled.

I got the tire and windshield protection. A few weeks later I got a screw in my tire and had a leak. It with close to the outer edge, so they needed to replace the tire. I paid an additional $25 dollars for the replacement. All in all, the protection saved me $500 if had to buy a brand new...
