No worries.
You might be able to rig up an AC unit or ducting to the front externally through a rolled down window. I also think there's a removable back window for the Cybertruck.
Our camper setup is way simpler. We use an 18v Makita fan if hot and a space heater if cold. We generally haven't...
I probably would have done something very similar (clip or cloth, etc), but we needed the telescoping feature as both my wife and I drive the truck. It's a great truck!
14.1.7 is installing as I post!!!
Greetings,
I was reading a post in another thread where someone mentioned this rattle. I forgot how annoying this was (and it is annoying!). This fix was something I did a while back and totally forgot about because it worked so well...
Tesla has a felt-like block in the center portion, but it...
If you look at Rivian's info, they show they had an R1S on the trail for 12 of the 22 miles of the Rubicon. There were two R1T that were there as support vehicles but were replaced with a modified Jeep.
It's a tough trail! From what I know, most vehicles are pretty modified that run it, and...
I think on their website they said late August, early September. Evidently the video was released early by Pocket Lab.
The IIHS information is being officially released with a group of vehicles including the ID Buzz.
We use ours mostly for soft items like clothing or temporary storage of sleeping bags if we need to go somewhere and put the top down.
Once you settle in on a build, let us know what you end up with, how it's set up, and how you're liking it. (And trips!)
Always looking for hacks and ideas ?
@CYBERTRUCKco Thanks! Still dialing in the setup (especially outdoor shower and shade).
Winds were gusting around 35mph up there. The pop-up did really well, but it repeatedly pulled 12" stakes right out of the ground for the tarp (we ended up taking the tarp shade setup down, haha)!
Actually saw this thread while we were over camping in Bodega (complete with birds!), so I took some pictures.
Still really happy with our CybertruckCo camper. Knowing what we know now, we would make the same decision to buy it again today. Just a happy customer/camper ?
We were looking for a...
Just a thought, what about one of the hard bottom rear seat covers. That and a foam cushion might work? Petsvet advertises 280lb weight capacity.

You should be able to get electricity from the outlet area to the top bunk (tent area) really easy, without routing it outside.
The bed folds up crosswise about halfway through. There should be enough room in that area to route an extension cord. There is about 1/2"-3/4" of room there on mine...
Thanks for posting this thread! I used some of your tweaks and it made fitment go easier.
I finally got around to installing mine and they fit and look great! So much so that when I mention the new sliders, ppl think they're stock ?
Definitely would buy it again. There's nothing else like it and so many positives. It's like buying the future.
The political stuff will blow over, same as it did the first go around. (And I live in the Bay Area where it was pretty crazy then and now.)
I had the same question when we got it. Good news is it is super easy to close both as the tailgate is counterbalanced - no need for a pull strap or any of that.
The top hatch is easy to close, but doesn't lock from the inside (I posted a solution that I use on page 2). You could also drill a...
Definitely a form follows function thing for me. I think most trucks look better without toppers, but all my trucks have had toppers for the function, haha. Just need to put a kayak or something on the roof rack ?
I always thought the Cybertruck looked a little long and I didn't like the...
XmuxHai RV Rain Gutter Silicone Rubber J-Shape,Weather Stripping with Self-Adhesive,Roof Rain Diverter Fit for Car, Truck, RV, Boat and Home Application (16FT) https://a.co/d/dPUzb6l
The silicone seal would ideally be a touch smaller, and the adhesive stronger. I'll probably change the adhesive...
We've really been liking ours!
A few mods we've done:
- sealing up everything with GE black silicone (our Cybertruck glass roof had a slight warble so that didn't help with water, haha)
- Cybertruckco full wind deflector up front
- finished out the folding couch (The foam pads and cover were...
When I was researching RTT campers heavily, the best range hit that I saw was 10% for a Gofast on a Rivian (very optimized and compact, Gofast has a video about this). The worst that I saw was ~30% for a Tune on a Rivian (this build looked roomy but kind of a one-size-fits-all). There were a lot...
