A lot of road debris from high winds have been leading to hesitant behavior. A small branch/twig with a bunch of leaves seems to be puzzling the algorithm. Also braked hard for a small bird. Which we couldn't have hit if we tried. Doing very well with deer though.
I had that 'w/o connectively' for no apparent reason yesterday. In areas I've driven often and have never noticed the issue before. Fired up Starlink ... which did not make the message go away. Hmmm.
On a recent road trip, I began to use Google nav in parrelel to provide another opinion of current speed limit. Lots of disagreement. No clear winner for most accurate.
On a recent road trip found construction zone reduced speed handling dicey at best. And horrible with the electronic variable speed zones on mountain roads. Left many verbal feedbacks.
Also view pothole avoidance as an opportunity for improvement. Also not buying into seeking streaks.
Particularly abhor the insanely aggressive pass-on-the-right attempts when
a) there is no room,
b) I'm only in the more aggressive profile because it won't maintain speed in the more passive...

At times I think the weirdly random variable speed is a stealth project to keep us alert and monitoring. It has successfully kept me annoyed. I drove manually for a good chunk of the last day of a 5-day road trip because I was sick and tired to trying to get FSD to do what FSD used to do so very...
I'd like to go back to the version that had the awesome ACC integrated into FSD. Though, to be fair, I probably don't recall the bad habits that version had. Bring back ACC integrated FSD!
I suspect they are getting more double-mic-button presses than anything. Starting to think the whole disengage-is-bad vibe is bs. Never forget the durn thing is fun AF to drive!
I have definitely had the thought in urban driving that everyone is safer if I turn it over to FSD. And have done so with a feeling of relief. Downtown Vancouver.
Was coming home one night and unexpectedly got a bad case of the nods. If I wasn't using FSD would have had the anxiety to help keep me awake. But I was pretty confident fsd had my back.
