I noticed the spacers you installed in addition to the grinding. I just received this so i want to go through customer service first.

I can see that I will definitely need spacers on each side to provide the connector enough clearance but at that point the plastic shell won’t fit.

Its crazy that we would need to grind down metal to make it fit. Need Customer support to help with the issue with the product at hand. But respect for going that far.

Absolutely struggling during installation. The instructions (QR code) point to wrong task (for Model Y frunk) and when I finally figured things out and got to the last few steps to connect the USB, there’s no room. I may need to request a refund if I cannot get support with this issue.

40% is just giving FSD the buffer room to drive as it needs to instead of limiting it

it will do that if you’re in hurry mode. I’d recommend standard or chill if you do not want the vehicle to speed.

40% offset is allowing the vehicle to be able to potentially get up to those speeds. For example: In 10mph zones, people easily drive up to 15-20mph which well exceeds the 40% bump. 65mph highways, 40% is 91mph. Now that doesn’t mean the vehicle will try to drive at that speed, but rather...
