Are those videos from the place off I-10?
We were going to the Zoo Lights tonight with our grandkids, but due to the rain, we decided against it and will go next week. Went to Silk City instead.
Driving on I-10 by South Mountain, they have a similar drive-through. I'll have to check out the...
One of our houses is in the county and on a dirt road. Our vehicles get a ton of dust on them.
Can you explain further how the dust caused your tonneau cover to stop working? Where did the dust/dirt accumulate? Would washing off the tonneau cover weekly prevent the dust buildup and future...
Yes, I did buy their tire certificates. Before the tires I currently have on our Sequoia, I picked up a drill bit in a sidewall; they replaced the tire.
Months later, I bought a different set of tires with the certificates again. The cost of the certificates (which includes tire rebalancing...
FWIW, since I travel a lot between states, I now use Discount Tire and found in the past that they would match Costco prices. There are many more Discount Tire locations than there are Costcos. While Costco inflates its tires with nitrogen, the convenience of Discount Tire outweighs any...
Yep, totally agree. I have better use of my money and time. Nice to read about the CT toughness.
With that said, I have a couple of neighbors in CO who park outside that use those covers. However, their vehicles are not a Cybertruck.
Based on your circumstances of having no protection, you may want to consider a hail protection cover. There are many to choose from, and some are better than others when comparing protection and ease of putting on and taking off.
@hemiarch, figured it out. If you only have an iPhone and no computer, you can follow the steps below to capture online videos that cannot be saved via other methods. It works, but since it has a couple of steps involving switching screens, it is a pain.....but better than nothing.
Does the Tesla navigation system allow you to customize the data, such as what A Better Route Planner does, where you can adjust speed, weight, temperature, battery degradation, etc.?
Also, I understand the Tesla navigation does not account for elevation changes, correct?
Nice to see FSD was much more responsive and was quicker with its responses (slowing and swerving) when faced with an opposing car approaching from the front, as compared with the other current video circulating in another thread. Maybe nighttime in the other video delayed the FSD response.
I should have been a little clearer. I believe the initial typical reaction of a typical driver would be to slow down, not drive into the ditch. It does not appear that FSD slowed down; instead, it waited until the very last second to swerve to the right.
From the time the double headlights...
Perhaps I do not fully understand FSD, or maybe I'm naive. In the video, I clearly see that even before the car reaches the bridge, the oncoming car's headlights are visible in the distance.
Why didn't FSD slow the car down or even pull to the side before entering the bridge (0:07)? If...
Yes, I believe you are correct. If there is a measurable safety benefit, I am willing to accept the lower efficiency of the CB tri-motors as compared to the CT dual motor.
I'm still trying to get data from Tesla.....
I see you are in AZ. How has the heat affected your CB glass? Did you tint...
Thanks for sharing! I was trying to find the stats, but I haven't found anything. I wonder if Tesla has stats and if they are willing to share? I'll try calling them....
Old habits are hard to stop. Our Sequoia and EV9 have tire pressure monitors that indicate the tire pressure.
I suppose the question I have is how accurate they are compared to my Milwaukee M18 air pump. It always seems that when all tires, for instance, are set at 42 psi, inevitably, one...
