    This is a great point. I have all my seatbelts connected. I put backpacks or other items on the seats. To prevent the pop up, o buckle the belt. Thanks for the note; I’ll see what Tesla comes up with today and try this if they do not figure it out.

    Mine is the opposite, if the driver's door is only used, it will not lock.

    Thank you, I appreciate your suggestions. I have tried all of these items. Each time there is an update. If I have a passenger, the vehicle will act as designed when they depart the vehicle. This issue is clearly tied to the driver's door.

    Does anyone have issues with the vehicle not locking and going to sleep after you walk away? This has haunted me for the last 6+ months. They had a bug fix, then the next update broke it again. I’m curious if anyone has experienced this same issue and if their dealer fixed the issue permanently.
