  1. C’mon Tesla - Focus on Getting Speed Limit Signs Correct

Again, there are two issues here which are related but different. 1. What information does it use to decide what speed limit sign to display on the screen? 2. What information does it use to decide what speed to actually go? Number 2 is very likely some AI driven blackbox decision-making that...
  2. C’mon Tesla - Focus on Getting Speed Limit Signs Correct

It’s kind of weird to me that this whole business of whether or not Tesla automobiles read speed signs shouldn’t be some hidden clandestine top secret thing. It should be yes or no. Wonder why we can’t get a straight answer
I remember some discussion on another thread by Crista and it has...
  3. C’mon Tesla - Focus on Getting Speed Limit Signs Correct

Understand the comments about its ability or lack thereof of keeping a specific speed range within a selected profile. but the question is, is the specific speed it’s holding itself accountable to the CORRECT speed? And I still come back to
It can’t read a darn speed limit sign reliably. if...
  4. C’mon Tesla - Focus on Getting Speed Limit Signs Correct

I continue to be amazed, ticked off, and downright disappointed in how unreliable my CT is in “reading” speed limit signs (which it clearly doesn’t). Databases, map overlays, algorithms, shmalgorhythms - they don’t matter. We as drivers are held accountable for the posted speed limit. Period...
  5. Upgraded my 2024 to 2026 Cybertruck AWD Premium (39xxx to 93xxx) - differences / comparison review

Just picked up my new CT yesterday in central Pennsylvania (VIN 94xxx), traded in my foundation series. Ordered March 3, was on hold like everyone else’s. Immediately noticed a marked improvement in wind noise reduction. Much much quieter, and feels more solid when you close the doors. Very...
  6. Anyone with PAWD orders in late April get a VIN or delivery

Ordered 3/3. VIN (94xxx) in early May. In production for a month. Status changed 3 days ago to “in transit” and just got ability to schedule pickup late June. so maybe some hope for my fellow Northeasterners. (I’m in PA).
  7. What is delaying the CyberTrucks?

They are attempting to increase horsepower by banging 2 coconuts together.
  8. Progress with 2026 Cybertruck containment hold.

Mine’s older - it’s the one with dentures.
  9. Progress with 2026 Cybertruck containment hold.

94xxx it sounds like some fault was discovered in all cybertrucks as of a certain time interval, regardless of whether they were ordered, in production, in transit, or at SC, and all were put on hold until whatever the issue is was fixed. Wide VIN range. wish we knew what the issue was...
  10. Progress with 2026 Cybertruck containment hold.

Once my order status changed from in production to in transit, all I did was ask Tesla assistant in the app “what is my arrival date for my cybertruck RNxxxxxx” and it spit out a date range. Whether it’s hallucinating or not, I cannot tell. đŸ€Ł
  11. Progress with 2026 Cybertruck containment hold.

My order, after 63 days, finally changed from “in production”
To “in transit to delivery location”. ETA range June 19-30. So sumpin’ happened. Maybe they were able to successfully replenish my depleted windshield washer fluid? Or replace the battery. One of those two. regardless
 Woo hoo!
  12. Progress with 2026 Cybertruck containment hold.

Yes, it still says in production. The only update that happened is when they canceled my trade-in value and made me redo it. Still waiting to see what that new offer is. But yes, hanging in production.
  13. Progress with 2026 Cybertruck containment hold.

    For me
Been waiting 60 days, 8 hours, and 32 minutes, not that I’m counting or anything. 😝
  14. Progress with 2026 Cybertruck containment hold.

because of the inordinate delay, they rescinded their original offer for my foundation CT trade-in on a new premium CT order, which has been on hold like everyone else’s. I did resubmit the basic information about the trade-in, but I’m awaiting their reassessment of its value to know whether...
  15. Has anyone taken delivery of a CT after 5/8/26?

been waiting so long for my PAWD CT that they now are making me do another trade-in value assessment of my 2024 foundation CT. Hopefully the offer will be similar as the only thing that’s happened is time and 100 more miles. Have/had VIN but listed as “in production” for over a month now...
  16. Has anyone RECEIVED a 2026 Cybertruck?

All of this would be much more palatable if Tesla would just provide some communication and updates to prospective owners. They have failed miserably in this regard, and seem to consider themselves the 800 pound gorilla and hence they absolve themselves of any responsibility with regards to...
  17. Love the latest FSD speed control

That would be a nice improvement, but even nicer would be to go back to us being able to dial in a little more granular speed adjustment with the scroll wheel like we had before. I wouldn’t mind the profiles if they were reliable in how they behaved. But normal sometimes is chill, sloth is...
  18. Has anyone RECEIVED a 2026 Cybertruck?

similar boat. I am also in Pennsylvania, ordered my premium all-wheel-drive cybertruck March 3, and mine has said “in production“ for over a month. I do have a vin, 94XXX, but can’t seem to find any more information about it. Not sure if in production means it’s in containment hold like others...
  19. Upgraded my 2024 to 2026 Cybertruck AWD Premium (39xxx to 93xxx) - differences / comparison review

What year? I thought Tesla “fixed” the PCS problem with the revisions they did? Please let us know the diagnosis.
