94xxx
it sounds like some fault was discovered in all cybertrucks as of a certain time interval, regardless of whether they were ordered, in production, in transit, or at SC, and all were put on hold until whatever the issue is was fixed. Wide VIN range.
wish we knew what the issue was...
Once my order status changed from in production to in transit, all I did was ask Tesla assistant in the app âwhat is my arrival date for my cybertruck RNxxxxxxâ and it spit out a date range. Whether itâs hallucinating or not, I cannot tell. đ€Ł
My order, after 63 days, finally changed from âin productionâ⊠To âin transit to delivery locationâ. ETA range June 19-30. So sumpinâ happened. Maybe they were able to successfully replenish my depleted windshield washer fluid? Or replace the battery. One of those two.
regardless⊠Woo hoo!
Yes, it still says in production. The only update that happened is when they canceled my trade-in value and made me redo it. Still waiting to see what that new offer is. But yes, hanging in production.
because of the inordinate delay, they rescinded their original offer for my foundation CT trade-in on a new premium CT order, which has been on hold like everyone elseâs. I did resubmit the basic information about the trade-in, but Iâm awaiting their reassessment of its value to know whether...
been waiting so long for my PAWD CT that they now are making me do another trade-in value assessment of my 2024 foundation CT. Hopefully the offer will be similar as the only thing thatâs happened is time and 100 more miles. Have/had VIN but listed as âin productionâ for over a month now...
All of this would be much more palatable if Tesla would just provide some communication and updates to prospective owners. They have failed miserably in this regard, and seem to consider themselves the 800 pound gorilla and hence they absolve themselves of any responsibility with regards to...
That would be a nice improvement, but even nicer would be to go back to us being able to dial in a little more granular speed adjustment with the scroll wheel like we had before. I wouldnât mind the profiles if they were reliable in how they behaved. But normal sometimes is chill, sloth is...
similar boat. I am also in Pennsylvania, ordered my premium all-wheel-drive cybertruck March 3, and mine has said âin productionâ for over a month. I do have a vin, 94XXX, but canât seem to find any more information about it. Not sure if in production means itâs in containment hold like others...
Nice! Iâve been trying to decide whether to do the same (29xxx VIN) - my CT is incredibly noisy. You have now made me lean towards trading in for â26 đ
Youâre lucky. Itâs some type of quality control issue. The cybertruck is literally the noisiest vehicle Iâve ever owned. Most of the noise I experience is wind noise which seems to be bouncing off the windshield, multiple attempts all kinds of window adjustments, foam insulation, etc. to...
Cyber truck foundation series Owner, Vin 29,000 or so. Very few issues other than the accelerator pedal rivets, cantrail replacement, and itâs noisier than heck and they canât fix that.
was considering trading in for a 2026 cybertruck because they were offering a good trade-in value for my...
I have a Foundation series (vin 28xxx) and it has always been very noisy (wind noise). Tried gaskets and sealers and service center trips (âitâs within specsâ) to no avail. Not optimistic about noise cancelling feature doing anything.
for anyone who has gotten a recent 2026, how quiet or noisy...
Is that true â it turns on auto high beams and wonât let you deactivate it unless you deactivate FSD? That would really be a very poor decision choice. Auto high beams is not very effective, I have found that it constantly puts itself in low beams because of ambient light that has nothing to do...
Better range as originally âpromisedâ
Quieter ride
rear view mirror as digital backup camera
space for full size spare (not a deal breaker)
love it as is too.
Assigning Incorrect speed limit has been extremely problematic for me in every FSD version, and somewhat worse in 14.2. At the end of the day, arenât we drivers held accountable for the posted visual speed limit (I.e. the sign), and if no posting, then the legal limit for that type of road? So...
For me as well. Hugging right side of road. And in our rural area we have mailboxes sticking out, so this is a bad combo. Also the nav choices are awful - a simple route and for some reason it goes way out of the way (v13 took the optimal route). For me 1 step forward but 2 back.
Well I donât have data, just my observations, but the visualization first does not seem to be the case. Tons of examples where Iâm driving by a traditional speed sign, with full view, and it misses it. So there must be some more complicated algorithm than simply âI see it, or if I donât see it I...
