For the rear door, there has been one other case that i know of where they used the wrong door bracket at the factory leading to the door not opening at 90 deg. You'll need a svc call to correct it.
Are they failing? Unless i missed something, i've seen maybe 5 that have had a serious issue. Of 6500 vehicles produced, that is less than a 0.001% failure rate.
Yeah, but Urus weights 2000lbs less, has performance summer tires, and is also a Lamborghini, with brakes likely inspired by its siblings.
So I mean in comparison, not too bad for the CT.
No regen AND friction brakes not working? All four of them? Did the pedal go to the floor? Sounds like not based on the description.
A vehicle system failure highly unlikely IMO, but i look forward to seeing the follow up with Tesla's response in a Tesla app screenshot.
The only time I've seen this is on a couple videos where folks were testing the air suspension, raising and lowering a lot in a short time. The message went away after a short rest.
In no change after letting it rest for 15-20 min, then a service appointment is the way.
I imagine it's fairly easy. You might check out the CT service manual for the adjustment procedure.

I'd say yes, based on past experience with Tesla vehicles and what I've seen in the available CT teardown videos, everything looks very standard and straight forward.
If i show up to a vehicle delivery and something is broken {
I do not take delivery.
OR
I do decide to take delivery AND i expect then to have to schedule a service appointment for any repairs.
}
I understand the disappointment, but this seems pretty straight forward to me. i probably would...
If it's just the top cap (#3 for left side), part numbers are: if you need the housing, check cybertruck parts catalog for more.

Right 1761517-00-A
Interesting. There was also that video of the CT driving through deep water and afterwards the tonneau switch was not working. Seems there may be some water ingress happening with the current switch in some cases. (so far only three that i've heard of now).
I have no technical background, don't need it for this topic. I'm am here to get the follow up or details on the OP.
Feel free to continue with your technical walls of text in your crusade against Tesla's technology and sensor suite. 😀
