Anyone know if you can open / close the tonneau cover while the vehicle is in motion?

There have been plenty of threads on about how the vault cover should/could work and what the risks are. Tesla obviously has the potential to make a robust design but to me this confirms that it is a very difficult problem to solve. It is a sample size of one to be sure, but worth noting...
