Our trusty Joe Tegtmeyer spotted 2 CTs in the outbound lot on Friday with 18in molten wheels, indicating that SAWDs are being produced and put in the outbound lot.
This is a big relief after checking with the AI bot everyday just to see “2027.”
Hopefully this means we are back on track for...
I had a minor hit and run today, smashed my front right fender, and slashed my tire. Still drivable, but needs replaced, don’t want want to put too many miles on it in its condition.
My plan was to make it through this summer on my current tires, <25k miles factory AT wheels, then get something...
4 Pirelli Scorpion ATR tires for sale. Only 1672 miles when removed from the truck. Size 285/65/R20. Only highway miles. I bought the truck out of state and removed as soon as I got home. These tires cost over $525 from Tesla and are no longer being offered on their website to the public so they...
Does anybody have any insight on Tesla tire/wheel insurance? I noticed they have a minimum tire thread . Original tires 32,000 miles on them. Still in great shape.
Has anyone made a claim and what difficulties did they run into? I understand it's just for road damage only but do they cover...
Hey all,
I'm headed down to NC to pick up a set of All Terrain tires that I got for a great deal, and was just wondering if anyone has ever put 4 full size tires into the bed?
I don't want to go all the way down there and realize that they don't fit properly, so wanted to just double check to...
I just rolled over 14,000 miles on the original all-terrain tires and I’m frankly shocked at how quickly they’ve deteriorated. By 5,000 miles I’d already replaced one tire under warranty for foam separation; another followed at 11,000 miles. At 12,000 miles I had a puncture plugged (no nail...
My tires are wearing out at 13,000 miles. Do you guys have any suggestions for replacement tires? I’ve noticed that some Cybertruck owners are selling their new factory tires for $700 to $1,000 a set around my area . What are most owners replacing the Goodyear tires with? Thanks in advance.
Like-new condition, only 2k miles on them with about 9/32 tread (11/32 is brand new). Just like all CT wheels with covers, there are light scuffs on the wheels from where the covers clipped on, but it doesn't matter if you're using the covers anyway. No TMPS.
I'd prefer to sell locally in SoCal...
What do you think of the new setup?
1. TC·BL air compressor
2. Rhino 4 wheel tire inflation/deflation system
3. Jayco flow pro
4. Stain 15-55psi auto stop deflators
Different combinations for different scenarios but so far fill up fast and evenly.
What setups do you have?
Icon has a few options 18x9 wheels that seem like they would work well with the Cybertruck. The Recon SLX has a few colors with a +40mm off set. I'm thinking of using the Toyo Open Country AT3 EV in a 305/70R18 size. This setup should maintain near OEM clearance to upper ball joint. So the...
I just swapped out the OEM AT tires for BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A KO3s. I regularly drive to/from Canada and the OEMs are not great in the snow. Also, I wanted something hard-wearing but with the '3 peak' stamp to meet the laws of the over-regulated province in which I often end up. I had...
After 3k miles of normal city and highway driving, I came to notice uneven tire thread wear coming from the front Passenger vs Driver side. Rear tires are almost new. Has anyone encountered this with their CT-Cyberbeast?
My front left has .5 more thread between inner and outer vs the front...
Just hit 10K miles on my Cybertruck and discovered something wild: Regular tire shops WON'T touch CT tire rotations. Costco? No. Firestone? Nope. PepBoys? Also refusing.Tesla's solution? They'll do it for $295. Yes, you read that right—nearly $300 for a basic tire rotation that typically costs...
I’ve got a few thousand miles to go before it’s necessary, but I’m looking ahead to moving to an all season tire that might be a bit more efficient range wise and quieter. Haven’t had complaints with the OEM AT tires in road noise or ride comfort, but would have selected the AS tires if they...
I was planning on purchasing non-OEM tires for my CB as I hear they burn through tires every 6K miles, however, I recently discovered that Tesla refuses to work on vehicles with tires that they don’t personally certify, even when the sizing, speed rating, etc. is the same. Has anyone else heard...
So I recently swapped out the stock Goodyear tires for the more aggressive Falken Wildpeak AT4’s. I was initially worried about the potential range loss since the Falken’s are bigger “beefier” tires. I wanted these tires as I plan to do a lot more off-roading and overlanding with my Cybertruck...
Finally got her done. Satin White wrap, Snowflake wheels with Nitto Ridge Grappler tires and painted calipers with Cybertruck logo. What do you all think?
After waiting for 2 months on Discount Tire I was able to order the OEM GoodYear all terrain tire (no rim) see how long it takes to arrive. Also there is no warranty yet determined on it by GoodYear so it says Warranty 0
