I've contacted your customer service multiple times - they provide conflicting responses and then no responses. Honestly, I'm over it. I've spent a ton of dough with CTMods since acquiring my truck and it's unlikely I'll continue to do so.
I asked for a non-public facing way to contact you for someone with authority to insert themselves and bring resolution to what is really straight-forward stuff - I placed an order for a product bundle, paid for the product in full (approx $1300), got half the product - and after multiple promises that the balance will be shipped soon, I have now have been advised by CTMods that they can provide no ETA on receiving the balance of the product. So I determined to cancel the order and requested an RMA and label to return that portion of the order I did receive and arrange for a full refund. - Simple - right? Apparently not. Can you help here? Last attempt before I contest the charge through the credit card company.

Almost THREE Months later and there is no resolution, I would never trust a company that did that, to me or someone else.

My friend had installed one of their yoke steering wheel based on their non-factory core and in the end, the steering wheel controls didn't work properly. He is now fighting to return it and get his money back.
I personally purchased the rpm Tesla's yoke with factory core exchange and it worked as advertised (see pic).
I also ordered a yoke from Hansshow with leather/glossy CF combo (also required a core exchange) back on the 19th of March and still waiting for it. My patience are running thin with Hansshow ?

These companies are not US based, not subject to US law, and don’t feel the need to play by the same rules as most US vendors around consumer protection and downright fairness and integrity. So it’s more important than ever to speak out in this forum and others to help one another identify the good quality vendors we can trust and those we simply can’t or shouldn’t.
