This appears to be par for the course. I’m still dealing with the second install on my second s92 mirror that’s throwing Tesla error codes which are apparently unfixable and being advised to remove it by the SC.
I’m also waiting for going on two months for an rc car I ordered before my sons birthday which has come and gone. Reached out multiple times and all I get is sales pitches on WhatsApp.
Disappointed in you tesstudio. Spent way too much money with you to be treated like this.

No they stopped responding to my emails and never sent a splitter CAN plug. I'm frustrated
Well, not sure if this will help you or not but I just swapped out the 48v to 12v stepdown they provided and installed a new one. It has only been a day but it fixed my issue (so far).

Before, a few seconds after turning the frunk power on, it ALWAYS went to reset. I could trick it by un plugging the power to the running board control modul, turning the frunk power switch on, and then plugging the power back into the control module. That would last anywhere from a few hours to a day but the switch on the screen always went back to “reset”. When I installed the new step down and then turned the switch on it stayed on and did not go into “reset” mode.

I will need a few days to see if this is a permanent fix.

Below is what I swapped it out with.

Yes. I literally ordered one on Amazon 2 days ago and switched that out earlier today and it works now!

So what issues did this fix? Would it help me with the speaker warning from the s92?

You need to fix your web site. It’s really buggy navigating via an iPhone to the point that I gave up and lost interest.
