1) When will the version with the light be available for pre-order? Can the non light version be upgraded later when the light bar comes out?

2) Will above be able to power on / off from the screen?

3) How many 'inches' in length does it add to the car / bumper ? (Need to know if my truck will still fit in my garage)

1. The non-lighted version cannot be upgraded to the lighted version; you can now pre-order the lighted bumper (it is expected to be shipped around one month later, and the non-lighted version is also expected to be shipped around one month later).
2. The lighted version allows for operation on the screen.
3. Increased by 15CM (0.5 feet)

How about designing some grab handles for inside the truck?

I'm not sure I understand your meaning. Are you referring to the light switch on the front bumper of the car?

I would like to see a design with the bar out wider to line up with the angles of the frunk, also be able to fold forward and lock in place vertical and horizontal for other activities. light integration would be a plus, as well as a winch. heated light bar would help with snow scenarios people have been experiencing with the headlights

Good idea, but some might not be feasible, such as the heating function you mentioned—it's too sci-fi.

What’s not to understand? Read the question again. How about designing a set of grab handles to help getting in and out of the cybertruck. If you don’t know what a grab handle is, go look at a Toyota 4 Runner. The CT needs them!
