12k cars in Beta of 'City Streets' FSD

A NHTSA required recall revealed the number and breadth of cars participating in the beta of the 'City Streets' component of Full Self Driving. Under twelve thousand cars had been allowed to update to a buggy version of their safety software and were fixed within hours this weekend. It's unclear if that's the total FSD cars in the Beta or only those that had begun the download - but that is many more than the two thousand we had last spring.

In comparison, it's thought Waymo has 600 vehicles.
