2024.20.7 software update now installing, DC Fast Charging improvements

I lost audio from most of the speakers after the 2024.20.7 update. Can only hear sound come from the front dash with there is no sub or bass support

Elon announced release of his autonomous taxi by Aug 8.

Meanwhile, my CT even with this update last night is still doing ghost braking, not stopping smoothly for traffic and slow moving and resuming speed on go signal.

I say good luck on full autonomous taxi and our FSD.

Do the full reset ... hold down both steering wheel buttons and the brake simultaneously for a few seconds. Everything will go dark for a bit. This fixed the same issue on my Plaid.

I did the steering wheel buttons reset, didn’t realize there is another by also holding break. Will try again.

Yep, the steering wheel and the brake is a deeper reset. Fixes a lot of issues that come from updates.

??? Not stopping smoothly or resuming speed? Well it doesn’t have FSD, so it shouldn’t do any those…

Duh, it should have been there as basics of cruise control before it makes a leap into FSD don't you thunk?

I tried it. Unfortunately it did not help.

That happened to me just after I got it at the end of April. It had done 3 updates in just a few days and messed up the audio like that. I tried the rebooting and other suggestions here. The one that worked was "wait a couple days." ?
