Make sure your truck is connected to a good WiFi signal anytime you're not driving it. And turn on the software update preference to "Advanced" (Controls -> Software -> Advanced).

Beyond that, there's not anything you can do to hurry up a download. It may well be that Tesla wants newly delivered vehicles to stay on a known stable release, such as would have been loaded at the factory, for a little bit.

Of course I drove it into town today and the update became available. ?

Same, mine was non FSD for almost 2 weeks and also got an update yesterday to the .20 FSD, but then again late last night after the RoboTaxi event.. no problems except today my tonneau cover and tailgate manual rear buttons wouldn’t work but would on the screen. Hours later after contacting support and before he could check into things, it started working.

Took it to its first car wash later on inside a manual wash bay and even with all of the pressure washing etc.. the buttons still continued to work well. - go figure.
