I’m late to this thread, but I have 14.2. It’s been working great. End to end with parking over 5 trips almost flawlessly. Last 2 versions, not so much.

there seems to be a trend with new updates working well for some and worse for others. My guess is something deeper is happening to cause users to have very different experiences. No idea what that would be though.

It's to do with locale and what speed profiles people use.

People who use standard and don't strictly drive in the city or busy highways are not having a good experience with 14.2, particularly those who drive in/through rural areas.

People who drive in a city or stay on hurry and mad max, and don't drive in rural areas are likely not having any issues. Additionally, people in standard, but who drive slow and don't mind having their doors blown off on the thruway or don't mind holding up traffic also may not be aware of the issue.

Yes, I was quite surprised nobody reported this. It’s a major issue for me and I’m not using FSD as much as I’d like now.

What is different about our cars that nobody else is seeing this??

I did a camera calibration today.
No difference. For now I am disengaging at every turn. Hoping someone at HQ notices.

I am driving 14.2 into some really challenging cluttered urban enviros and out to dirt road ranch areas. I've had one weird reaction to a HAWK pedestrian crossing, where the CB start stopped a couple times due to the blinking red light. That's a corner case.

I am so comfortable with 14.2 decisions so far. The speed profiles are fine, in fact since there is photo enforcement here, I need to move between profiles because I know where the speed traps are. I keep pointing out to passengers when a nearby vehicle makes a dangerous or ridiculous move that FSD is a better driver than that human. We are at that point where the bottom 40% of drivers are being bested by FSD by a longshot.

This is the worst FSD will be starting today, every rev will improve it. The more we drive and send the data, the better the product. I'm all in.

I just drove a cyber beast with 14.2. It definitely stays in the middle of the lane so much better than my truck but I can't get used to the ridiculous speed control restriction.
And holy s***, if you've never driven a cyber beast and not launched it, you have not lived.
