3D Print Me a Aluminum Tesla Crossbar Applique Bracket

Guys,
Need 8x aluminum Tesla Crossbar brackets. Ill pay for someone to scan theirs and 3D aluminum print 8x.

I've had aluminum 3D printed, but it costs. It would be cheaper to buy two sets of crossbars to get the brackets. Does Tesla sell them separately as a part?

I don't have capabilities of printing in Metals - altho I wish I did. For cross bar mounts I don't think you should be 3d printing them anyway to be honest. They should be milled because they are subject to quite a bit of force. Just my 2 cents.

aren't the tesla mounts QR? I thought they were integrated into the bar. I have the RPM bars. they are welded mild steel. and pretty thick. I agree about the 3D printed may not hold up to the stress.

The person sold their CB and forgot to remove the brackets

The Tesla bars clip to the brackets
Rhe brackets included with the bars bolt to the truck
Beauty of the Tesla Crossbars are that they are quick release
Great over the bed vs over the roof

Interesting bit. Some aluminum 3D prints are stronger than the same alloy when cast and milled. Yeah, kinda crazy. This is one of the reasons aerospace has gone big on 3D printing parts. A 10% to 30% strength increase is not to be dismissed when every ounce matters. Since they discovered this, special 3D printing alloys have been developed that increase the strength difference. Yes, this is very dependent on 3D printing method and alloy used.
